  I started a journey on August 1st with Legion Transformation. It has to be one of the best things I've ever done. If you follow the program, you will succeed! The workouts will test your strength and will power but the coaches and fellow challengers will motivate you to keep going. I am now addicted to working out and look forward to my time with my 5am crew. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to make a positive healthy change in your life.   This gym is like no other i have EVER been to! It's not a lot of fluff, it's more let's git-er-done!! The staff is exceptional and they have all done the workouts. You are NOT in it alone EVER. The dynamics of team work, sense of family and genuine caring is WONDERFUL.
