  Totally agree with Dani G. They give unrealistic expectations for the shift. They make night shift work without the air conditioner on to be greedy when even with industrial fans on it gets up to over 90 degrees regularly. They " layoff " most people before they're eligible for unemployment. They hire mostly immigrants over the summer because they know they'll be going to their own country before their eligible for a raise. The managers are incompetent, I actually had to explain to my shift manager in my first week as an employee, where the oil for the machine goes and what it looks like when it's low, but he can spend the whole summer in the back office on cell phone games and eating. With this business it's all about who your friends with, I was the second hardest worker of the shift, and they laid me off, even though the Spanish guy who's dating s managers daughter, slept through over 50% of every single shift in the whole 3 and a half months I worked there, but I got laid off and he didn't. He'd of slept more if I hadn't kept waking him. Worst place to work unless you really know how to kiss ass and and sell your soul to your boss. This place is literally a sweatshop at minimum wage.
